Global shipping cost is included in the final amount when placing the order, but you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Orders over 300 USD will be shipped free of charge via DHL from Taiwan, in a few cases, we may also use other delivery methods such as EMS, SF Express.

Warranty

Zzyzx products will have a warranty period of one years except cable. This warranty does not include damages due to electrical surges, lightning damage, customer negligence, improper voltage connections or other acts of God.

Return

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, please contact us on [email protected] to inform us that you wish to return the item, we will provide you with the address for returns.
You can click here to check the warranty status of your product. Please feel free to contact us if your product has exceeded the warranty period or has suffered human damage, there are still opportunities to repair at your own expense.
If your unit exhibits failures within 14 days of delivery to you, we will cover the shipping charges (economical route determined by us) and correct the issue at no charge.
If your unit exhibits failures after 14 days of delivery to you, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
